Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lovecraft vs Lolita

Hello friends! I am not huge into lipsticks, never was. I always tried but I just never liked the way they looked on my lips…Always such a severe look for my pale skin no matter the color. I used to love lip glosses and my favorite was always Nico from MAC. Lately the liquid lipstick craze has been on the rise… and I found the KVD Liquid lipsticks and LOVE them. I own them in Lolita and Saint but this past week I also got it in Lovecraft. I found Lolita to be too brown on me (I have the newest version) and Saint was just too bright pink for every day use for me. So I looked at tons of swatches online and decided to give Lovecraft a try.

I absolutely adore it, to me it’s very similar to Lolita but is a cooler option. These last for hours are on me and only get flaky sometimes. Sometimes I wear them with a bit of Carmex on top and sometimes I go for the matte look. I just adore these and wanted to share with you a quick comparison. Lovecraft is a fantastic color, I purchased it at Sephora for $20USD. It’s perfectly acceptable for every day use in office or for play and is very transfer proof. I’ll tell you the swatch on my lips is a bit bright as I used flash. The color on my arm is much more accurate. What’s your favorite KVD liquid lip color??
